Cocktail culture in Alicante is not just about having a drink after dinner. A good cocktail can shape the night, close a meal, open a conversation or justify a stop on its own. The problem is that not every bar with low light and attractive glassware truly understands what it serves.

This selection brings together cocktail bars and places where the drink carries real weight: signature bars, well-made classics, terraces with context and addresses where the glass is not merely an accessory to the atmosphere.
